Complaint
Had to stop at your store to pick up at HDMI cord for one of my clients. I own Islandgirl detailing professionals.
I went to visit your RadioShack store in BIg Pine Key Florida. There is a gentleman in there with a long beard that has a handlebar mustache, Im sure hes the only only employee that looks like this, so he will be easy to identify since I do not know his name. Apparently, there was a power outage. I went in.
He asked me what I needed help with, and gave me the cord. I got to the register. He said I could only pay with cash. All of a sudden your power was restored, so he punched it into the register.
I stood there patiently, waiting for my receipt as most customers do. He proceeded to shoot me this crazy look on his face, his arms out like shrugging his shoulders what did I need? I said Im waiting for my receipt he said are you serious. I looked at him crazy and didnt say anything because I could not believe my eyes and ears I said yes I need a receipt he said, for what I said listen Paul I dont know what your problem is but I own my own company and need this for my client to give reimbursed.
He said well I dont know what you want me to do. I am completely confused as the power is on at what he is telling me. The other employee that was standing there as well said maam you will have to wait at least 15 minutes For this system to reboot. The first gentleman that was not nice to deal with said, I cant believe youre waiting for a receipt.
Again, I stress him and said, why are you giving me an attitude rolling your eyes with your arms up in the air? He proceeded to ask me he didnt know what my problem was. I need a receipt for a 6 foot HDMI cord by RCA so I could be reimbursed from my client.
I will never shop at your store again and I certainly hope this guy is terminated. I own my own business and never in my life have I had someone act so rude and ignorant when all it takes is to be a little informative to explain a situation.
By the way, he is the one that told me if I didnt like it, I could call corporate so I took his advice

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. April 29 contacted my bank who then reversed the charge. May 3rd received apology and refund from Radio Shack..
April 29th after 3rd call with them offering store credit, I contacted my bank and they reversed the charge while they would contact Radio Shack for response. May 3rd received a phone call and email from Radio Shack saying that they will finally issue my refund.
