I happened to buy car charger, which did not suit in my car and went to return in 8minutes. He declined to takeback saying that i brought it charge and return. After he tested and made sure that it is not the right peace he accepted to back.Response of this manager is so rude. Donot understand how such people are given franchise.I will never go there again. This is how radioshack is loosing customers. Every body is this country donot buy use and return back. I suggest before offering franchise please also check the history of franchise or atleast add space in website to receive complaints
