I went to
Radioshack (
intersection of
Street Rd/Hulmeville Rd, Bensalem, PA) to buy a battery for Kodak Z712 IS. The CSR (name: Josh) looked at few items and gave me a
rechargeable battery ($33) and told me that it will work after charging it for 8 hrs. It did not work as I figured out he gave me 2.4 v instead of 3 v battery. I went to the store to return and had to deal with a rude store manager (name: Dave). I was not able to return as I lost the bar code paper. What was not fine was Dave who was very rude and was not willing to listen to me. As a customer all that matters is whether the product given to me works or not. This person was very impolite and asked me to leave the store.
Radioshack is useless place. Don't go there.

People still shop at Radio Shack? Christ-sakes step out of the 80's, that's what Walmart is for

To process a return there must be a bar code.
